Payment and Shipping
After placing your order it will take between 24-48 hours for processing.Please be sure to include your correct billing address and telephone number. Any incorrect information may result in delayed processing and shipping.After your order is processed you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. Generally our customers receive their orders within 3-5 days, day one being the day you placed your order. Any orders outside of the U.S. please email us prior to placing order. These orders are subject to various taxes, and fees set by your country's custom office.
Returns & Refunds
There is a No Refund Policy however, we do offer exchanges. You have 3 days to contact us via email or telephone reguarding your concerns or issues with your order after it has been received. We will ONLY offer exchanges for hair that has not been tampered with or damaged by the customer.
